1. When does the trash get picked-up?
The City of Beloit is only responsible for the billing of the trash services. However, the trash is generally picked up on the following schedule: Tuesday (west of Campbell and south of 8th), Wednesday (north of 8th), and Thursday (east of Campbell and south of 8th). 6. What does water cost?
It costs $8.55 for basic water service. Additionally, there is an additional $3.33 charge for every 1,000 gallons of usage. Therefore, if your regularly use 2500 gallons of water each month then your bill will be on average $16.88.
7. When is my utility bill due?
The utility bill notices are sent out
on or about the first of each month and the bill will be due on the 10th of
the
corresponding month. If the 10th falls
on a Saturday, the bill will be due on the next Monday. If you don't get
your bill paid by the 10th, the City is
obligated to charge you a 5% fee. Your service will be terminated after the
20th of the month for services still remaining
unpaid. If a termination occurs, you will have to pay a reconnect
fee of $76.70 in order to reestablish
service. All current charges, late fees, and reconnect fee must be paid
in full to obtain a reconnection and continuation
of service.

If you would like gas or cable services
you will need to contact each to get services set up. The Kansas Gas
