The Second City Ward of Beloit contains all of the area north of Main Street, east of Hersey Street, and south of 8th Street. The residents in this section of town are represented by the following City Councilors:
Richard Thull was appointed to the City Council in January of 2006.
Patricia Struble was elected to the City Council in April of 2005.
